Business needs vision, not luck.

For a man/woman, if she/he has succefully business experience.Then, for him/her

If she have a good business vision better than last time right now, she can start a company right away.

But if she don't have vision better than last time in short term, she is carelfully looking for a bigger business opertunity. But I believe, she can re-do her success again, at least a small one.

Today this is the best time to do business. Money is almost free. :)
