A scam email just posted to my email account--

Be very careful of this kind of scame.

I received a phone call from my brother in  Madrid Spain, saying that he had an accident and needed to see me urgently.so I took a flight to  Spain. The driver of the cab passed on due to internal bleeding and the injuries he sustained on his head. My brother has cracked or broken places in his neck and wore a neck brace.

He has had about 4 hours of X-rays.he is on lots of pain medication..My brother is in a very bad state,the hospital/surgery team wants to operate on him.We all need to pray for his recovery.
