中美斗法：中国概念股面临全面退市？

If this is not resolved (probably at high government level), there won't be qualified firms to do auditing for the Chinese companies, and there is no point to do quarterly filings.

全面退市不是不可能。公司老板们已经卷了一笔钱走了。中国政府也不在乎海外股民的利益。
