I am still waiting for the loan approval. Will the financing bank ask the seller to fix section 1 items on Termite report if the contract is "sold as is"?
The appraisal came in at the offer price. Can we ask the seller to fix the section 1 and roof? (Are there any negotiation space?)
We have removed the appraisal contingency and inspection contigency. If we think the offer is too high, can be walk away from the deal without any penalty (get our deposit back)?
