唉，你们还是不懂湾区

湾区范围为什么不会扩大或延申？

关键是气候。

湾区边缘的地方，气候没有以旧金山为中心的湾区好了。

既然在湾区边缘上花钱也买不到湾区的气候，那就不如搬到更便宜的地方了。

所以这些地方（湾区边缘地带） 跌得很惨，升值前景不看好。
