here is the letter my accounting gave me

I have 5 rental house and another full time job. I am a passive landlord.  I haven't talk to my accounting yet.  

Dear Client,

 

Please see the attached information regarding what types of information is needed to prepare 1099s as well as all applicable deadlines.

 

Starting with the 2011 tax year, Schedules C (Profit & Loss from Business) and E (Income & Expenses from Real Estate and Royalties) will include the following new line items that will require a Yes or No response:

 

·         Did you make any payments in 2011 that would require you to file Form(s) 1099?

·         If “Yes,” did you or will you fill all required Form(s) 1099?
