1) the insurance company extend $100k personal liabilities of our residence home to my rental property with only surcharg of $9 per year. However, I don't know if this personal liabilities is the same as business liabilties. for instance, if the washer in my rental property breaks and floods the house, which part of the insurance will cover the repair?

2) it also extends our existing $1M unbrella to the rental property with surcharg of $29 per year.
