It was same as what I was trying to get "pool sale" last year.  Did not go through.

The new deal should be smaller.  The problem is who pay this sized of cash for rentals, not flipping?  I met the contacts who were flipping the properties, not rentals.  That will create opportunities for us to pick up some at discounted price from those big investors.
