看到竹7提到排毒系统cleansing system

不久前刚做了一次.有点小贵，也没研究过他家的科学根据到底靠不靠得住，不过最大的好处是：让我重新思考自己的饮食习惯，同时让自己的身体适应不用吃的太饱（缩胃），我觉得是减肥很好的起点.

我做的是三天，全流质，六瓶不同的汁，~1300大卡,我根本喝不完.

看到有位MM说到master cleansing，好像原理是一样的，不知道可不可以也说说过程?
