The ending of the game was similar to

the one during the 1st meeting between these two teams last season, the Giants were behind two scores and approximately 5 1/2 minutes left in the game. 

In both games, Eli guided the Giants to score one TD to make it one-score game.  The difference is that, during the last offensive series of the Cowboys, Olgatree held onto the ball and converted 3rd and 12 last night, while Romo missed the throw to wild open Austin in 3rd and 5 last year.
