New York Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni has quit after clashes with star forward Carmelo Anthony, according to media reports Wednesday. Shares of Madison Square Garden Co. /quotes/zigman/116238/quotes/nls/msg MSG -1.46% , the Knicks home arena, fell 1.3% to $32.57 in recent activity. The Knicks, with a 18-24 record following a six-game losing streak, have received a boost in recent weeks because of point guard Jeremy Lin. There is no word on who will coach the Knicks against Wednesday's home game against the Portland Trailblazers.
