周日晚餐女儿霏为全家做了美味 Shrimp Alfredo Linguine(虾肉阿尔弗雷多意大利扁面条),很受欢迎。今晚我做了 Chicken Alfredo Linguine (鸡肉阿尔弗雷多意大利扁面条)。做法简单,分享如下:
阿尔弗雷多意大利扁面条 (虾肉或者鸡肉)Linguine Alfredo (Shrimp or Chicken)
Ingredients 用料:
1 lb. Linguine
1 TBSP. butter
11/4 cup half-and-half
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
some shrimp or chicken, stir fried
Mozzarella cheese for spreading on top
Steps 做法:
Cook Linguine in a pot,drain water afterwards
在锅里煮熟意大利扁面条,去水
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add half-and-half, cheese, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add linguine, shrimp or chicken, tossing gently to coat. Spread mozzarella cheese on top... Enjoy when it's hot.
将黄油在另一个大锅里加热溶化,加对半奶油、奶酪,盐,黑胡椒,煮一分钟,不停地搅拌。降低火温,加面条,再加已炒好的虾肉或者鸡肉,拌好料,面上撒些许马苏里拉奶酪。。。趁热享用。
