Casserole and baked dishes are very easy and nice

Just put everything together, cooked meat, cooked pasta or rice, chopped veges, garlic, spice, etc.., pour in sauce and beef stock, top it with shredded cheese, bread crumb, covered with tin foil.  Turn your oven to 320 degree preheating. Put the glass pan or casserole dish in the lower rang. Wait for as long as the aroma comes out. Viola, dinner is ready! I use it for baked spaghetti, curry rice, mac cheese, eggplant parm.So easy and satisfying it never fails.

It's indeed a no brainer for a workday family dinner. Never need worry about the next day's lunch box. There's always plenty left and ready for everybody on the road.
