This is what I use Fleschmans RapidRiseDry yeast.

I have used same brand Dry Yeast, does not work as well. Look for RapidRiseDryYeast, it rise faster (it is designed for shorter cycle of bread making). Also, I found small package of 1-2oz (not the bigger bottle) works better.
