I am staying at Extended Stay Hotel at Salt Lake City.  It has a small kichen with essential cooking tools in the room. The condition is fairly good (not Indian owned).  I suspect it costs about $60 a day (I got a package flight-hotel-rental car deal through priceline.com so I do not know the separate costs).
