there's real good to make steam buns

A real easy way to get the steamed bun you want.

Search Youtube for mantou, you'll find a video clip called "how to make chinese steamed bun".

Also there's a video series for making chinese steamed everything, Taiwanese buns,etc..

There's no need for stand mixer,bread machine or any fancy stuff,no long time of kneading and waiting for raising the dough. And it works very well.

It's really no big deal if you get the right method to cook anything, esp.steamed homemade food like buns,baozi, flower roll, etc. But I hate making layer cakers, literally it sucks. Not worth the time and efforts to make it.
