热车时水温表会突然回零，咋回事？

01 passat V6
冷车启动正常，开起来也正常。开不到2miles 水温达到正常，190。
但开着开着水温表就会突然回零。这时候停车的话，怠速也没有啥异常。熄火再打火，水温还是零。
但如果再过长一些时间，又正常了。
很久以前出过一样的问题，当时有保修呢。没收钱也就没太注意是啥毛病。
似乎记得说是什么senser坏了。

前一阵在dealer 那里做过一次检查，他们说我应该换
Thermostat , 但我没觉得热车时间有啥异样。
就没理他们。
