奇怪的购房心理 （有录像）

这个很漂亮的小房（2479 sf2）一年前过户，当时要价1.788 million.现在这个区的房价涨了20％，最近上市要价两个million，低于市价，看得人多，竟然没卖掉（嫌便宜？）。Realtor 加价到 2.45 million, 远高于市价，重新上市，很快就卖掉了。
