The kids do not know the business, and do not have the basic survival skill.  Giving them money will just like donating to others.

Jy does not use much of his own money (< 100K).  He started small and learned it hard way.

Those kids need to start from handyman or some labor jobs (minimum wage).  They will learn the basic survival skills, people skills and money management.  If they can go through it and find their own business, then the parents can put the money in.
