这种情况, 我应该减免租客的房租吗?

出租房的三个heater中有一个坏了,有两个房间不能住,两个孩子临时换到别的房间. 因为当地store缺配件,需要从外地定购, 花一周才修好.是不是应该这一周就免费了? 新地主,不知行规如何?
