very interesting story, 15% occupancy rate is unheard of, there got to be few twist in between we don't know about.
1. Apartments and Condos, are two different things, owner can't just sale individual units, till he got permission on zoning to do a condo conversion, which is long and expensive process.
2. there is no unrentable units, either priced too high or conditions are poor. I am too compete with newer government subsidizing units too, you just have to find a niche that works.
3. 欠了银行一屁股钱, actually is not a bad thing, the bank doesn't want to own it, if I am the owner, I will sit down and talk to the bank, lay out the facts, and negotiate a better deal..lol
4. haha, let's find out where this place at, and we can all chip in some money to buy it out....
