1) you are the owner and you have the right to enter the property under this kind of circumstance

2) if the tenants are still occupying the property without paying, go to county/city to file for eviction

3) bring a weapon with you just in case...or call 911 in case of emergency...

4) study/learn the law/regulations and make sure you stay on the right side of it!
