I have a property which will be on market in Jan.
So far i just got one candidate who shows real interest.
She is a sec8 with 3 beds voucher which translates to 1000 rent.
I am asking for 1600 and she is OK with the rent.
But i am not comfortable with the rest of 600.
She got a 22 year old son who works and has a monthly income of about 1600. She said she can get him
sign as a co-applicant.
I know one contract is not working since the housing has its limit.
So should i sign two contracts with this family? what is the legal ramification?
I am in texas. Any texas landlord with similar experience?
