Paying replacement cost, if 1% chance I need rebuild my 18-plex, my gain is 750*12-1%*1,300,000=4000

Paying replacement cost, if 0.5% chance I need rebuild my 18-plex, my cost is 750*12-0.5%*1,300,000=2500

It depends how often the building is burned down. 1 out of 100 per year, then it is wise to buy replacement cost insurance. if 1 out 200 per year, then it is cheaper with no replacement cost.
