如下这些property management agreement条例合理吗？

如下这些property management agreement条例合理吗？我是owner, property manager是agent.Owner 还要给property manager买保险？不能追究其工作失误？请大师们帮我看看。谢谢！

a. Owner shall indemnity and save the Agent harmless from any and all
costs, expenses, attorney's fees, suits, liabilities, damages from or
connected with the management of the property by Agent, or the
performance or exercise of any of the duties, obligations, powers, or
authorities herein or hereafter granted to Agent.

b. Owner shall not hold Agent liable for any error of judgement, or for
any mistake of fact or law, or for anything which Agent may do or
retrain from doing hereinafter, except in cases of willful misconduct
or gross negligence.

c. Owner agrees to carry, at Owner's expense, Workers Compensation
Insurance for Owner's employees. Owner also agrees to carry, at
Owner’s expense, bodily injury, property damage and personal injury
public liability insurance in the amount of not less than $500,000
combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. The
policy shall be written on a comprehensive general liability form and
shall name the Agent as additional insured.

d. Owner shall immediately furnish Agent with a certificate of insurance
evidencing that the above coverage is in force with a carrier
acceptable to Agent. In the event Agent receives notice that said
insurance coverage is to be cancelled, Agent shall have the option to
immediately cancel this agreement.

e. Owner assumes full responsibility for the payment of any expenses and
obligations incurred in connection with the exercise of Agent’s duties
set forth in this agreement.
