向专家咨询：小公司的现金投在哪？

有大概50万，现存银行，利率1.1% (annual inflation this month 3.2%).公司的会计师也没啥好建议。

我在想（有些不靠谱）：

1。买金块，今天可买8.7公斤 （有些贵了）。

2。倒股票 （懒，没时间，有贼心，没贼胆。有几万mutual fund，表现不佳）。

3。买投资房 （已经买了一个condo，cap rate 3－4％，希望增值5－10％，没把握）。

4。倒人民币？

5。GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate) 5 year 2.75%。
