各位大，小，中，年轻，老地主，保险公司不保 房子， 怎么搞？

居然收到保险公司断保的信， 说：

“because the dwelling does not meet our minimum underwriting req as described below"

"The dwelling lacks a central heating system. The roof has granular loss and /or lifting shingles, there is debris in the yard including an appliance and the kitchen faucet leaks".

What? what to do with "debris in the yard" and "kitchen faucet leaks"??
