2nd home mortgage的问题

银行要求我签一个waiver,让我保证永远不把这个房子出租，才能作为2nd home贷款.为了得到好的贷款利率，大家是签还是不签？take this risk吗？我是打算出租这个房子的。请给建议.谢谢！
