Don't be happy so early.

The tenant has 1-2 weeks to file an answer. then you file for their default and court judgement, that will be another 2 weeks to get rid of the tenant.

I have filed one on Aug 8 through lawyer. Now in the stage of get the judgement from court. In CA.
