该不该在大温地区（本拿比或福贵门一带）买投资房？

我及先生均在卡尔加里工作（均为政府工），我在卡城投资了一SFH, 收益不错（正现金流，但房子涨幅不大），意欲再买投资房，我们去温歌华旅游了8天，我立即喜欢上那里的环境，气候；想搬过去，但我先生在那里找到相当于他现收入的工作的可能不大，我的工作好找；考虑到大温地区房子涨幅大，我想在那里买一投资房，等他退休后再过去，我想问：

 

1． 异地投资，是不是买condo好些，省事点；

2． 卡城的房子涨幅可能是4-5%, 但现金流好，又是本地投资，好管理；温市的房子涨幅可能是15-20%，但是负现金流，比如买34万左右的condo, 每月要贴500进去，我担心等我们想搬去时，房价已经贵得一蹋糊涂了，想买一套放在那里；
