The flaws of average Joe investor using Fundamental Analysis

From what I have learned and experienced over the years of investment in Stock market and RE.

1. I was asked a few times by friends that desert storm is so bad.They all got from news.

Now I would like to show you that news can be seriously biased again. They just want to drag your eyeballs and make money. 老莫发家是不是靠这个？　色，钱，政治和丑闻。。。

来这里看看吧，　俺们这里也是有１千多万人口的。。。。。莫不成大家都要天天吃土？

2. Using the above example, it is true that Average Joe investors have no time/no local hand-on information about the investment (either stocks or RE). How can you make money without knowing the investment?

How much do you spend time to look for deal or save $10 bucks for driving 1 hour to get 20% off buying clothes/electronics? Comparing how much you spend time to research the company/RE?

If you can make money that way, 天理不容啊！

3. so for average Joe, Fundamental analysis is dead. using Technical analysis is the only way to be able to 喝点汤吧。

4. Still think that local RE investment is good and stable. hahaha.... I got refinance done and all the money is back to me.

ROI: unlimited.(well, time has spent).
