dispersed they are. But roof is indeed a cost. I see it is still on the first layer, and I can replace the roof easily for 2500 dollars.
We are just starting to replace a roof. The base area is 1242 sqft. the roof, using 30 degree, is 1600. That is 16 sqaure. the material cost is 1000. The labor to do it is about 35 per square. and the labor cost is 800. We need put cover and wood on the roof, the cost to do that (material + labor) is 2000. The total is around 3500. But my cop partner said it costs about 3000 to do it. Whatever he says. I have no problem.
