想在中国银行开RMB帐户把美金挪过去些，有什么风险吗?

RMB应该总不至于贬值吧? 因汇价变动而升值的部分要交税吗?

FDIC，即使不升值，反正在哪儿存都是存，好象没任何风险。有这么好的事吗，只赚不赔?
