1. If you do your own homework, you will be a good student and leading to a good life. It is true for anything, including landlording.

2. If you have stocks and funds, and you stop looking at your accounts when the market crashes, then you probably will not succeed in landlording either.

3. The market will shake off the weak. It is true for both stock and landlording markets.
