今年租房租金全面总结

年中condo rent涨5%。

年初apt rent全部涨10%。仍旧能基本住满。

采取3次eviction。一次是买下来时带来的坏房客。2个是教会资助的房客。2家都没有上法院contest，算是轻松赶走。

有三家被抓走。有一次抓人出动15名警员。算是警察常常来光顾，也经常跟我们喝咖啡聊天。

今年apt还没退过定金，即使想退也无人认领。

下一步准备把两家强奸犯赶走。

收房租要带枪，让大家知道来收租的人是警局的。

同时依靠大小流氓，积极提拔流氓做residential assistant。这招是跟共产党学的，非常有效。
