蟑螂横行

两年前出租房一墙之隔开了一家中餐外卖店。半年以后我的出租房就开始发现蟑螂。每个季度的专业杀虫也不管用。看看大家都是中国人，也不想去政府卫生局complain；但是最近天气炎热，蟑螂开始横行，房客要去搬走。。。不知各位有没有杀蟑螂的要领。谢谢。
