1. the bank will give the listing to local real estate agent to sell the house;
2. or the bank gives the property to their asset management company to assign an agent to list for sell;
If the janitor has lease he can show it to the bank and request for 2months moving and pay the bank. Sometime banks are willing to give $$(cash for key) to have tenant/owner move out sooner.
As for you, you will have to wait till the property is ready on the market-pls note banks are asking for highest possible market value as well.
