Today my renter emailed: "hi we just came back from vacation today and we would like to know if there is no problem for you to come to pick up the rent next friday.."
The lease said rent fee due on or before the first day of each month. The renter rejected as the paycheck is not in account yet. So I usually pick up the rent on the first Friday night. Now they're asking more delay. Try to say exception accepted but not the normal case.
