I mailed the 3 day notice and my PM posted the notice on the front door on Saturday. I plan to get a lawyer to do the eviction $300 attorney fee + $550 court fee. How can I know if the tenant are actually left the property? How you guys handle the key or due or damanage to the property? The tenant has bad tempo and easily excited (potential violent tenant).
I am a remote landlord on this. I hope this thread can give a complete guide for all CA landlord on how to evict bad tenant.
