看来在美国做房东很不容易阿

我在想，买个闹市中心大学旁边的公寓，就出租给学生，是不是要安全点？因为学生虽然房租付不高，但是也不至于赖皮。
我们这边，目前好一点的公寓，两房一bath的，就要20万左右，然后我想投资2万家具和装修，租金大概1500/月，hoa and tax要缴500左右，你们觉得这个回报比教育基金如何？我是打算孩子们上大学就卖房子，给孩子作大学学费，
