Collecting rent would be the job contractors who win the auction bit to manage government's property.

The contractors will do the dirty jobs like those with Apple or Nike.

Sure if the deals are too good,他们会出租给大姨，六舅。。。房租肯定有保证的。

政府的权力层层下方，是层层有油水。希望文学城的地主们能走运赶上油水，而不是下水。
