Bank-owned does not mean good deal

所谓的法拍屋，银行与其投资者也要可能的市场最高价。如果asking price低于市场价就会有很多买家来竞争（我指一般好区），还要看listing agent是否有品，把最高offer送给银行。。。一般不超过2周你应该有回付。
