求教,出租房屋顶遭冰雹保险公司赔付，报税时算收入吗？

是保险公司的钱count as income和修屋顶的钱抵消了呢？还是我能用修屋顶的钱算expense吗？Insurance paid more than I actually spent on the roof repair...
