俺自己的房子反倒买不下来了

俺家老二上高中,换房子.

看上了一个7000尺的房子.三车库,环形车道,带泳池.

耐心等待时机.

终于到了该出手的时候了.

结果,贷不来款.

俺情愿出20%首付.还是不行.

因为俺名下贷款太多了,信用卡也太多了.用的房屋贬值也太多了.

谁有什么办法呀?

帮俺出出注意.
