Hello I am in the process of looking for a new apartment and it would be for my boyfriend and I and we have 3 children between us. Bewteen my boyfriend and I we have a $75,000 income. However I will tell you that I do have a credit score of 620 no bankrupcy and no former landlord issues. I also have a substantial trust fund that could pay up to 6 months of rent as a security deposit if needed and I have no criminal record whatsoever. Would you consider helping us or know of anyone who could? I also can get a letter from my current landlord stating that my rent has never been late!!
