Just got a mail from bankruptcy court said one

of the tenant had filed chapter7 bankruptcy on June 30th.11.although he is still paying rent very on time and making the apartment in very good condition.just wondering what should I do the eviction with this kind of situation in the future?heard before but forgot.thanks in advance_(&) _(&) _(&) _(&) _(&) _(&) _(&)
