买short sale的房子，有multiple offer, 这种情况该加价吗？

seller's agent说：We are on multiple offer and I amm presenting the offer tonight. Please let me know if your offer is your best offer.

这种情况下，我应该加价吗？这是一个short sale,我现在给的价低于市场价的20%,selling price低于市场价的13%.
