请教有经验的同学们：关于空调机

08年买的房子，没有空调，请了一位老中空调师傅安装了新的空调-室内加室外机。是carrie的经济型，称为Ping. 当年用了两个月没事。但第二年刚到夏天就说不凉了，他本人去了告诉说室外机里面进蚂蚁了，修好了。去年又不凉了，再找他，不接电话了。找了别人，加了佛后好了一夏天。今年4月底又不凉了，结果刚刚加完佛，今天又不凉了，派人去了，说佛又没了。大家说，这是怎么回事？
