你想做的大概是home equity loan吧？ 如果是SFH就能贷款出来。 所以SFH更保值。 从前是可以的，但是09年危机以后，银行极为小心了，很多政策都改得更为保守了。 我跟你在同样的鞋里。 不过听说这样的情况可以做 HELOC (home equity line of credit). 你可以试试看，直接找Charles Schwab 这样的公司做做看。
