2. If primary home: pool in good condition, you can train your kids for swimming and it will increase the house value and give you a lot of fun (and frustration at the 1st year).

3. Don't build new pool if you are not swimming lover.

4. Don't buy the house with pool if you don't like pool (fill-in a pool cost money and lower the property value, what kind of financial sense is this?)
